Our 2012 BS RED consists of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot, and 10% Cabernet Franc from the Yakima and Columbia Valleys. You will find aromas of spices, cedar, and black currants in the nose. There is an intense taste of ripe black currants that is followed by a rich full flavor in the finish. This wine would definitely match a thick sirloin steak on the rare side, bbq ribs or a nice spicy red pasta sauce.
