2007 Syrah, Columbia Valley
Our Syrah has a deep, dark purple, blue color. In the nose we find flavors of black plums, pepper and sweet spices with boysenberry jam. This wine has a very intense and rich finish that makes it impeccable. This wine will match superbly with a rack of lamb, venison steak or any other game dish.
